Deine Aufgaben bei uns

Du rollst unsere digitalen Produkte in die Reifenhäuser Gruppe aus und machst sie skalierbar nutzbar
Du unterstützt aktiv die Umsetzung der globalen Salesforce-Strategie mit klarem Fokus auf KPIs, Standardisierung und Prozessverbesserung
Du übernimmst das End-to-End Ownership für Rollout-Konzepte, Adoption-Tracking und Effizienzreporting
Du setzt Lernangebote zum Onboarding und systematischen Wissensaufbau um – gruppenweit, mehrsprachig, messbar
Du implementierst AI-Produkte in den Business Units und entwickelst Nutzung und Effizienzerträge kontinuierlich weiter
Du führst Workshops mit Business Units sowie internen Teams aus Sales, Service und Projektplanung durch und überträgst die Ergebnisse in NEXT AI und NEXT Learning
Du verantwortest interne AI-Workshops zur Befähigung unserer Mitarbeiter zu aktuellen Tools, Trends und ROI-Logiken

Das wünschen wir uns von dir

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Digital Management, Industrial Engineering, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Projekt- oder Transformationsmanagement – idealerweise aus einem internationalen Tech- oder Beratungsumfeld
Erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Rollout und der Adoption-Steuerung digitaler Produkte in komplexen Organisationsstrukturen
Starkes Verständnis für KPI-basierte Steuerung, Effizienzgewinne, Software- und Lernprodukt-Adoption
Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, saubere Kommunikation und Durchsetzungsstärke in cross-funktionalen Umfeldern
Erfahrung mit Salesforce-Strategien, Rollout-Governance und Projektsteuerung
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Reifenhäuser NEXT is driving the future of production with industrial AI. We are developing NEXT AI, NEXT Learning, and NEXT Data—the “ChatGPT for Extrusion”—which enables operators and maintenance teams to run machines more efficiently, solve problems faster, and improve their OEE in the long term. We are part of a family business with over 100 years of history – yet we are fast, pragmatic, and product-driven. Our focus is on genuine improvement in efficiency, knowledge transfer, and digital collaboration across the entire group.

Your tasks

You roll out our digital products across the Reifenhäuser Group and make them scalable and usable.
You actively support the implementation of the global Salesforce strategy with a clear focus on KPIs, standardization, and process improvement.
You will take end-to-end ownership of rollout concepts, adoption tracking, and efficiency reporting.
You will implement learning opportunities for onboarding and systematic knowledge building—group-wide, multilingual, and measurable.
You will implement AI products in the business units and continuously develop their use and efficiency gains.
You will conduct workshops with business units and internal teams from sales, service, and project planning and transfer the results to NEXT AI and NEXT Learning
You will be responsible for internal AI workshops to empower our employees with the latest tools, trends, and ROI logic

Your profile

Degree in business administration, digital management, industrial engineering, business informatics, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in digital project or transformation management—ideally from an international tech or consulting environment
Successful experience in the rollout and adoption management of digital products in complex organizational structures
Strong understanding of KPI-based management, efficiency gains, software and learning product adoption
High problem-solving skills, clear communication and assertiveness in cross-functional environments
Experience with Salesforce strategies, rollout governance and project management
Business fluent German and English skills
